With over thirty years of combined medical experience and over fifteen years dealing exclusively with Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), we have created a company dedicated to your needs.

At “TIMES”, The Independent Medical Evaluation Specialists, Inc., we feel that each person we encounter, be it by phone or in person, should be treated with the utmost respect, dignity, dedication and friendliness. We believe in the “customer” being right and we will do what it takes to accommodate you and your client’s needs. Patients entering our office are treated as guests, increasing their level of comfort with the staff and physician and opening the doors of communication.

Chaperones are available for all Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs). We strive for a turnaround time of 5 working days for reports. We can handle all aspects of scheduling including patient and attorney notification, arrangements for transportation and interpreters.

Nurse case managers never have to experience down time since we have facilities available for them to perform normal office tasks including computer use, phones, copying and fax capabilities.

In addition to our on site physicians, “TIMES” schedules with board certified physicians throughout the continental U.S.
